In a very short form comment, I would say that “I trust the advice and counsel that you have given us, I respect your educated opinion and the sensitive way that you helped us face our financial crisis. I think that the whole experience brought many things into the light, how uncontrolled spending and borrowing above the means of income can lead to trouble. There was grace found in the bankruptcy process and many lessons to be learned, I won’t be going down that path again anytime soon!
The experience certainly took its toll on us as a couple, not so much during the bankruptcy but after, months later, there were old habits returning and arguments over financial decisions. Although the required 2 sessions with Deb were helpful, I now wonder if it should have been extended, I’m glad to hear that you will be offering counselling sessions that can bring help to the next level.”
“Admitting that I was having financial difficulty, was one of the hardest things I have had to do. I felt like I was drowning, and I started to panic. I started working with Deb, and I felt ashamed by how I let myself get where I was. Step by step, Deb took my hand and pulled me up so that I could breathe again. She was kind and compassionate. She helped me to see why my spending habits were what they were and helped me to make changes to those habits. I feel so much stronger and more capable now. I have the tools to make sure I don’t get to this place again. I am forever grateful for the time, compassion and knowledge that Deb has shared with me. She was the perfect person to help me through, and I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to improve their financial situation.”
“I used to think there was no point in trying to make a budget until I had more money. Until then, I would just survive month to month somehow, because when I looked at the numbers, I couldn’t figure out how to make it work. But I knew I needed help. When I met Deb, her non-judgemental and compassionate approach helped me get over my anxiety over money. She offered completely objective and helpful advice, and practical support. I look forward to our meetings because I always come away feeling hopeful and empowered. Deb helped me understand and create monthly cash flow spreadsheets so that I am able to feel confident and take charge of my finances, instead of having them control me. I discovered I had options I did not know about, and because of Deb’s support I am now experiencing better financial stability, and can even start thinking about the future. My income has remained the same, but my management is completely different. I am doing things differently and I am seeing results. The best part is my feelings and experiences around money. I have so much less anxiety, and my life is truly better. In Tune Financial was the best investment I made in myself last year!”
“As a single, working mother, I have financial challenges that can be very frustrating at times. I always found Deb Ross to be both caring and knowledgeable, addressing the emotional part of my finances as well as the dollars and cents. Thank you!.”

“You made me feel comfortable and relaxed—I was able to face issues I had been avoiding for a long time. Thank you so very much for all your help. I could never have done this without you.”
“I don’t know how to express my deep gratitude to you. I can never repay you for the caring, love and expertise that you brought to the table. I shall be forever grateful.”
